Qualification & Experience:
- At least Minimum 16 years of education with a degree from HEC recognized university
- Proficiency in the use of IT equipment (Computer/Tablets)
- The candidates having 0-01 years’ experience of any tablet-based/ android survey will be preferred
Job Responsibilities
Job Description:
- To train the field staff for data collection activity.
- Verification of the specific boundaries of the block and also check the under coverage
- Ensure that the collected data by enumerator must be synched on each day regularly
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of enumerators within the assigned tehsil blocks ensuring adherence to the census plan, timelines, and data collection protocols.
- Provide on-ground guidance to enumerators, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure capacity building through hands-on support throughout the data collection process.
- Maintain detailed records of field progress, generate daily performance reports, and escalate critical issues to higher management to ensure smooth census operations.
- Regularly communicate and submit progress reports to the District Coordinator, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improved field operations.
