Qualification & Experience:

1. At least Minimum 16 years of education with a degree from HEC recognized university
2. Proficiency in the use of IT equipment (Computer/Tablets)
3. The candidates having 0-01 years’ experience of any tablet-based/ android survey will be preferred

Job Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. To train the field staff for data collection activity.
2. Verification of the specific boundaries of the block and also check the under coverage
3. Ensure that the collected data by enumerator must be synched on each day regularly
4. Supervise and coordinate the activities of enumerators within the assigned tehsil blocks ensuring adherence to the census plan, timelines, and data collection protocols.
5. Provide on-ground guidance to enumerators, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure capacity building through hands-on support throughout the data collection process.
6. Maintain detailed records of field progress, generate daily performance reports, and escalate critical issues to higher management to ensure smooth census operations.
7. Regularly communicate and submit progress reports to the District Coordinator, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improved field operations.
