Qualification & Experience:

1. Minimum 16 years of education with a degree from HEC recognized university
2. Proficiency in the use of IT equipment (Computer/Tablets)
3. The candidates having minimum 02 years of experience of managing the fieldwork/conducting survey/data collection & analysis/team management

Job Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Oversee and manage all census field activities within the assigned district.
2. Ensure smooth execution of the census plan and adherence to established timelines and protocols.
3. Supervise Tehsil Supervisors, validate collected data, conduct spot checks, and implement corrective actions to ensure high-quality data collection.
4. Provide guidance and operational support to Tehsil Supervisors to address field challenges
5. Track the progress of field operations, generate district-level performance reports, and resolve any logistical or operational issues promptly.
6. Regularly communicate and submit comprehensive progress reports to the Regional Supervisor, highlighting achievements, operational challenges, and strategic recommendations.
